*NEW* Extreme Personal Training
Achieve your personal health and fitness goals with the Extreme Personal Training Program. During this 7-week training program participants will learn cutting-edge cardiovascular, muscular and flexibility exercises in addition to health enhancing eating practices that will work together to help them attain their wildest fitness fantasies. This program will begin with a fitness consultation with a certified personal trainer, which will help the trainer develop each participant’s personalized fitness programming.
During the following 6 weeks, participants will be challenged to achieve weekly, exercise and/or nutrition goals (as recommended by the personal trainer and set individually) in addition to completing a 60-75 minute workout as well as 15-30 minute weekly lesson using Extreme Energy’s Extreme Exercise Videos. To ensure that each participant stays on track, participants will also benefit from bi-weekly fitness consultations, which will be conducted by phone or online. Beware: This program is for serious participants only! Depending on each participant’s personal fitness goals, they may be required to devote an additional 90-390 minutes per week, excluding the use of the weekly Extreme Exercise Videos, to accomplish their weekly exercise and/or nutrition goals. Although this program will require hard work and dedication, participants are guaranteed to see results! So, if you want to see results in just 7 weeks and learn how to attain your wildest fitness fantasies, this is the program for you! This class is designed to meet the needs of beginner, intermediate and advanced exercisers alike, but it is time intensive.
Finally, participants must have access to the internet and be able to receive and send course documents.
